The baseline price these days seems to hover around $5000-$6000 for an average or player's example that flips.
I got a game in good shape for much less than that, but it did take a considerable amount of hunting for several years before I finally got my hands on one last year.
The price is creeping up a little bit (along with most popular titles), with some nicer examples in the $6500-$7000 range. However, unless it hits close to $10k+ like some of the other titles that CGC remade, I don't think they will see it as worth their time if you can get an original example for a lot less than a new one (especially with more difficulty and higher costs with licensing this title, and the profit margin would be much smaller).
