The plot of this thread is certainly not unprecedented around here. I definitely remember a few members cashing in on iron man when they knew about the VE ahead of everyone else.

I have seen a few AC/DCs listed for close to $8k. I think that price range is enough to knock a few loose with or without another run. Some people have had AC/DC for close to 5 years now. It is definitely not the new shiny thing anymore.

I still don't miss mine, but my wife wishes we still had it. I am very interested in playing Aerosmith.

Quoted from jathomp22:

ACDC premiums are waaaaaaay over priced right now. They should be at $6000-$6500. Good thing there are lots of other good pins to choose from like TWD premium I just picked up. Once the prices come back down, I'll look at getting a ACDC Premium again. But until that time comes, I'll just have to settle for killing some zombies.

That is what most people here said when I listed mine for $7000 here a couple of years ago. It sold for $7000 really fast on cl, and the buyer paid to have it shipped.

Quoted from tk-the-jammer:

I was just in the market for an AC DC Premium right around the $7600 to $7700 range. Looks like I'm going to have to hold out so I can figure out what exactly is going on and what the value/extras will be.

I think now there will need to be quite a few mods to get up to that price range.

Quoted from ccbiggsoo7:

price quote from local distributor: pro=$5100 Shipped Premium=$6795 plus shipping of $125 to $225 depending on if I get order shipped with other games. Sure beats the 8k people were asking!

I got my premium for $6500 4 years ago, so this seems like a pretty good deal!

Quoted from smassa:

Got my 1st Luci + $3500 in trade for my BIBLE. Bought a 2nd Luci for 6k Shipped. Wish i'd bought more....lol

I must not be on the bro special price list. I bought my premium about a year (I think) before Luci came out, and $6500 shipped was the lowest I could find calling distributors that are here on pinside.
