Well said, pinballcorpse. One other TAF observation is that you'll always be able to find a buyer, should you ever want to sell it. And you'll probably be able to sell it for as much or more than you paid (unless you grossly overpay). TAF has a 20 year history of being in demand. AC/DC . . . I have yet to play. But, it sounds like it's a winner from what I have heard. Will it still be in demand 5 years, 10 years, etc. from now? Probably. But with TAF, that question has already been answered.
