So I read the rules guide found on Pinside and I still don't get the Special. The rules guide explains how to light the Special, but it does not say how to collect it. I have gotten it before just hitting the drops and ROCK stand-ups multiple times, but I really don't know what it takes. Is there way to tell what needs to be done to collect it? Like can you see which targets remain so you know what to shoot for. It seems almost random to me now, which is not that rewarding really.

So how do you know what is left to complete a target bank? For instance, the ROCK standups... Does each one blink when counted, or stay lit solid or go dark? And the drop targets - they are constantly getting reset, especially the AC/DC ones. If you knock two down and then the bank gets reset, do you have to knock the first two down again? Do any of the multitude of insert lights indicate when a bank has been complete towards collecting the Special?
