That pins does play extremely well with no faults.. I went there about 2 weeks ago and it looked clean but just terrible wear spots all over
I have a feeling the balls isn't the problem... This is a big location with about 15?! pins roughly.. I would think having clean balls wouldn't be a problem especially pulling it out fresh out of a box. I just think the clear on these playfield just isn't sufficient for the powerful cannon shot and fast play off the standup target this layout gets.
There is also a Tron, Spiderman, Pirates, and Batman stern machines all in the lineup with out any crazy wear like this. Few are dirty black.. but no worn down playfield like that.
There is a AC/DC premium at the pinball museum which i know gets lots of plays and no wear at all on it.
The LE / Premiums / and Special models are suppost to have a auto type clear. The pro just have the stardard clear that they always been using. But seeing this AC/DC, wonder if they kicked back on their clear for the pros?!
