I’m having an issue with my canon loading on a Pro. The height of the canon is higher than the ramp so a lot of times the ball gets stuck in the gap between the canon and the ramp.

I saw a few posts where someone said the ramp rests on a washer, however mine does not. Maybe that was in later runs?

I can hold the ramp up and it’s fine. So either the ramp needs to come up somehow, or the canon has to go down. Apparently the set screw won’t allow you to adjust the height of the canon like you can on a flipper bat.

Any suggestions?

Here’s mine.

Thanks but mine isn’t the same. I’m assuming it was a design change at some point.

I had this type of problem on my AC/DC Premium machine. Try loosening the screws that hold the right ramp and move it slightly to the left, where it is not resting directly on a screw in the area near the cannon. On my machine, this made the ramp a little bit lower and slightly to the left, just enough for the ball to enter the cannon normally. Perhaps this type of situation is related to your problem.

Here’s a pic from a vault.
It looks like it has the same ramp supports as mine.
Did you buy the vault new?

I have an AC/DC Premium... It's not a vault, as far as I know. It is a 2013 model and I bought it off a route. the ramps were cracked when I got it and I installed new ramps that the seller provided, right after I got it. The screw that I am referring to is directly left of the red ramp flasher. You can see in the photo you posted just now, that the ramp is resting on that screw head or perhaps the washer under the head. It is hard to tell in the photo. If the ramp is moved slightly left, off that screw head, it will be a little bit lower and a little bit more to the left. The move is like less than 1/8 of an inch and mine required loosening most of the screws that hold down the ramp a little bit. It could also require removing the washer that is on that screw head there. Doing that cleared up this problem for me. The ramp sort of "popped" of the screw head and moved slightly down after that move and the cannon loads correctly every time now on my machine. Not sure if this will help yours or not, but it is worth a try.

Can you circle what you’re referring to in my picture? I can’t fit the life of me find anything that’s touching the ramp or is even close enough for the ramp to rest on.

It’s an original Pro model that was purchase when they were announced.

Perhaps the pro/vault ramp is mounted differently and does not fit exactly the same way as it does on the Premium.
I just related my experience with a similar problem.
Perhaps this is not the problem on your machine.

That post doesn’t exist on mine.
