Help me decide...why i should let ss go...
For acdc prem or Tspp.

Thanks

Personally I think I would keep SS, but if it was going it would be for AC/DC.

Agreed

TSPP, not my cup of tea.

I wanted to say that because it rhymes.

#5 10 years ago

LOL thanks Rob !!

Thanks a lot all of you, please keep your advice coming!

I know SS has rise a lot in Price over the last year but i
aint going for money at all,i am more of a Monster Zombie
kind of guy but Stern does not listen to me .

I love my METLE it will never leave home,i was not into Stern
pinball at all,but Stern is making me change my mind a bit!

AC/DC My favorite game of all time.

#7 10 years ago

I personally think AC/DC is one of the best pins ever made. So there's that.

#8 10 years ago

I have to play ACDC prem with new codes,i just played a Pro today but
it did not get to me the way SS does.

I will try a Prem soon,i will be on vacation and there is an arcade that as a Prem
near me!

Either keep the SS or get an AC/DC both are great games. As Rob said, TSPP is kinda meh IMO. AC/DC premium is leaps and bounds better than the pro.

deep rules tspp, high energy excitement ac/dc, easy but humorous ss. if you are looking for variety i would opt for ac/dc premium.

good luck!

yep, ACDC mucho bettero!

#13 10 years ago

AC/DC premium might be the best game I've ever played.

#14 10 years ago

AC/DC premium hands down.

#15 10 years ago

I like tspp better than acdc
But beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

#16 10 years ago

Go for TSPP...best Ruleset in pinball!

#17 10 years ago

The Premium is going melt your brain! It is Awesome!

AC/DC is a sure buy for me, but I don't think I would get rid of a game that I really like to get it. I decided that I wanted AC/DC and GnR back in may. GnR is way harder to find, so I decided to buy that one first; it should ship on Monday. Now I am broke and starting to save up for AC/DC. I am hoping for the end of the year. Next year, I will be completing the trifecta with Metallica. I didn't sell Demo Man to fund these, and I didn't even think about selling STTNG. The nice thing about the new pins is that there is no rush to buy (unless you are hunting for LEs of course).

So, my advice would be keep the SS if you like it, and save up for AC/DC.

I am really glad I didn't sell my machines to fund the GnR. Then I would be sitting here waiting with no machines to play.

Maaaan keep ss, its such a good pin, and not easy to find again. In nice condition very high price and still getting more expensive as you read this

I love my ss

I would keep the SS

None of the above.

Get LOTR instead. It is better than all of the games you listed.

#23 10 years ago

I can only weigh in on 2 parts here. I have TSPP and Scared stiff.... If I had to get rid of one, it would probably be scared stiff. I love the way the game looks, but TSPP is just so deep, I never get bored of playing it...

I only played ACDC once in an arcade, I liked it, but the sound was way down so I think that killed a bit of the experience.

ACDC by a mile. SS is fun but can get tedious trying to get spider multiball which is really the most challenging part of the game. TSPP just never did a thing for me. Juts too cramped a PF and zero flow.

Thanks guys,i will think it over this week!

+1 This is good advice! I have both games in my small collection up FS/FT (Avatar LE, X MEN LE) to help fund a ACDC Premium. I've turned down several offers as I have realized that keeping them, & saving up the entire amount to buy a NIB ACDC is the best way to go. As much as you like SS & as expensive/ hard to find as it is I would hang on to it.

Thanks a lot, really appreciate the advices guys!
