My AcDc Premium slings are so powerful they’ll sometimes pop the ball intothe opposite out lane. I’m not seeing a setting to calm them down is there any tips to reduce how strong they fire?

Confused by this. You mean the right sling sends the ball to the left outlane, or it’s so strong it hits the left side and drains on the right?
sorry, I didn't describe the problem better. But for example the left sling will rocket the ball out the right out lane. I understand that it supposed to happen or can happen, but this machine is much more violent that my other pins. I just tested with glass off and I'd say the slings kick 2x as powerful as SM to Tron and they ball moves 2x faster from the slings. So the slings can kick the ball all the way up to the side targets and all the way out to the opposite out lane more often than not. Sometimes they will be less powerful. Maybe it's worse when the ball hits directly on the center of the sling.

I’ve changed the coil setting to soft/low, though it still feels the same to me
I also get airballs in abundance off the TNT drop targets
I would love to know if there is a way to dial down those powerful slings though

exactly, airballs from the sling into the cannon. I understand 'some' slings will shoot to the out lane (is normal) but this is like a rocket launch with just no opportunity to save.
