One other thing, on page 48 in the manual, the bell magnet assembly shows a magnet core, part 530-5266-01 in the center of the magnet. Is that core present?

Quoted from jake35:Does anyone know where a PDF of this manual can be found online? I can order one from pinballlife but I just need a part number and it will take several days to get the manual in... A PDF manual for the pro is on sterns site, but not the premium/LE... (#780-50C7-00)
My back in black side rails have scuffing on them, and I was going to order a replacement set from Stern.
Thanks!

See if this works. IPDB is usually great for this

Stern probly won’t have the BIBLE custom Lazer cut rails, I would look into having them recoated.

Thanks. I got lucky and was able to order a set. I may just keep them NOS as a backup and not worry about replacing them, with my luck i'd get the new ones scratched after install haha
Just listed a 1 owner BIBLE if anyone is interested in joining the club. https://pinside.com/pinball/market/classifieds/ad/150132

Good luck with the sale. Looks great! I struggle to understand the extra $8k+ over a premium. Rails and artwork/backglass? Otherwise the same?

Basically yes, i agree seems odd. They are hard to find and higher demand, back when stern actually released a true "limited edition" (1000 units isn't that limited lol) Last BIB sold for 17k 2 weeks ago without the topper. Seems like a lot but they are more desirable than the let there be rock version which is actually made in less number. I

Cool.. never been in the LE game but she's pretty. What will take her place? Im sure you'll find her a good home.
Quoted from Hayfarmer:I sent a pic to a customize shop, they put the image on a drawer knob, and made a shooter. The back alley cannon is so nice, great quality

That Luci shooter is sick!
Quoted from Hayfarmer:I hate how the bell tower is exposed metal, I made this from wood. If any mod maker can make a printed one, I'd be interested.
I got this one made of plastic

That's a big jump. Is it something to do with the LEs and premiums being split into their own categories whereas they used to be grouped together. I notice the high scores are still grouped onto premium and LEs now have no high scores.

I'm pretty sure it does.
Check out the last 6 review comments for the LE. No activity for a year and now 6 all of a sudden - 2 positive and 4 mediocre - and the related starred/flagging on the reviews.
Nervous Godzilla owners? Jilted owners of other top 10 machines?

I mean, seems like a pointless endeavor. It amazes me how many people tie their self identity to the ratings.
Quoted from wackenhut:AC/DC back down in the Top 100. People were probably going nuts.
That didn't take people long , I don't understand the reasoning for poor or over the top votes, just to protect your games sellability
I am looking to change some of the songs in my AC/DC. I definitely want to add Shoot to Thrill. If I change the songs, I want the jukebox to match the songs. Has anyone printed replacements song cards for the jukebox?

I remember someone did that and its in this thread so search juke box
I wish there was a 2 sec ball save after you hit your target with the cannon...the left out lane is killing the flow of the game after you hit a jackpot.
Quoted from scottieIA:I wish there was a 2 sec ball save after you hit your target with the cannon...the left out lane is killing the flow of the game after you hit a jackpot.
On some machines it helps to hit the AC/DC targets with the cannon on the upswing. Maybe that will help.
If anyone is looking to join the club, I just listed mine for sale today. It is loaded with mods.

I watch a tutorial and Elwin always went for the bell instead of the lit target.
Quoted from JohnTTwo:I watch a tutorial and Elwin always went for the bell instead of the lit target.
That's what I've always done.
Silverball designs helped me with these plastic protectors for my AC/DC pro, they should work on the premium as well if interested contact him he can make them in any color as well as clear.

Added 11 months ago:New price $300. Signed and numbered #33 of #75.
I rebuilt both the main playfield flippers on my AC-DC premium. This included new switches, plungers, springs, coil stops, wavy washers and sleeves. I did not change out the coils. I bought this machine new at least ten years and these are the original flippers. I am the only owner. I had noticed that the right flipper was getting weak. I now find that when I hit the bell it really moves to the point where it hits the playfield glass with a loud crack. I was worried that It might at some point damage the glass. I ended up putting two small adhesive furniture dots on either side bell ringer where it hits the glass. Has anyone else had this issue? Again, I did not change the coils. They are the originals.

That sounds awesome.
I don’t think you’ll damage the glass btw.
Has anyone ever had their speakers get 'quieter'? The backbox speakers seem to not be as loud as they used to be. Stock speakers with an external sub. (I haven't messed with anything to check yet....trying to figure out if I'm just 'hearing' things.
Quoted from pinner11:Thinking of AC/DC premium or TSPP for my next game. I have played TSPP on location and enjoyed it. Also played an AC/DC pro and enjoyed it as well. Anyone have both and any insight?
I had AC/DC Premium and TSPP at the same time. I sold TSPP and still have AC/DC. I know a lot of people love TSPP, and I really liked it, but the playfield just seems clunky to me and just didn't flow as much as I like a pin to. When I also had a good game, it would last more than 30 minutes, and I got so good at it that most games lasted more than 30 minutes, so I never played it unless I knew I had 30-60 minutes to devote to it, so I sold it and replaced it with an Iron Maiden Premium, and I've been happy with that choice.
Like I said, I still have the AC/DC Premium (a Luci Vault). It's got Lyman Sheats Jr. code that just clicks with me a lot more than the TSPP code did, and Steve Ritchie's layout just flows a lot more than TSPP and is more fast and furious, with some cheap cannon drains to piss you off. IMO the only 2 bummers with AC/DC (any model) is that it would have been nice to have a halfway point mini wizard mode, and "Oi Mania" a switch hit mode given an award deep into the game, was never finished.
Back in the club. Original run Luci……4th Acdc I’ve owned and never leaving this time - regretted selling it every time. Game is unquestionably one of the GOATs, and the more new games are released, the better this game is.
Funny thing is this turned out to be one of my previous Luci’s that I sold in 2016. Didn’t know the guy I bought it off, but was definitely my game. Small hobby.

Agreed, still one of Sterns best in my opinion. Was the first pin i ever bought and is still here.
Such a small hobby when you can get your old pin back congrats mate.

Same here. I really wasn't a huge AC/DC fan, but I absolutely fell in love with the machine (and then the band). It's never leaving.
Have some AC/DC LUCI banners available, $120US each. 24x62 inches with four grommets for hanging. Thanks.
