This is my first pin so I don't know the name of the part to order a spare. It is one of the plastics that cover / surround the screws on the base of the slingshots. Is this a "washer"?. Where can I order a replacement for this? Thanks in advance for your help.

Do you have a pic or part #? If it is under warranty, call Stern. Sounds like you mean one of the clear posts. If so, here is what you need.
