Because the game, work, and parts are all there for Luci... and Stern is about being a factory.

Stern ran AC/DC pro and premium solid for years... then switched the pros to led format. At the end, they introduced luci. Then stopped all models when the license ran out. Then made the new premium vault... and now luci.

It's debated if AC/DC is sterns most produced title....

Probably just reusing old photos. They have no reason to build pre production units of this title... so if you aren't shipping yet... no games to take photos of.

Limited run != LE

Limited run just means the production plan is to just run a small number before moving on.

But what if there are angles we don't know as customers...

Like what if to get the license they need to run a minimum number of games that are the theme that the band originally agreed to?

So if you played that out and run some scenarios.. like what if you need a minimum of 300 games, then after that, you're in gravy territory and you can do what you want.. including Luci.

If you introduce Luci first, and hurt sales of the 'original' theme... what if that 300 game requirement becomes an anchor now and drags you down... and those games are harder to move vs Luci... even if there is great demand for Luci, maybe these other titles are eating into your total success.

Not saying this is the real case (no insider info) - but its an example of how vendors face constraints that may not be visible to customers and may not make sense from their pure consumer POV...
