I think that if you are spending $6,800 on something it should be in perfect condition if it is new. Anything new should be in perfect condition. I think his claims are valid and this forum should be a place that we can vent frustrations or concerns without fear of being torn apart by everyone. When I saw his photos and concerns I was upset for him.

I was surprised that the luci vault had the Sam boards in it instead of the new spike system. I was very excited about it actually. Anyone know why?

Where do you get the rubber grommets to shim up the lower play field window? And what size should I get?

I got the grommets to shim up the mini playfield and ended up breaking the screwes than hold down the glass. Not sure how I can do this with a screw driver but I did. Any advice?

Quoted from pinaround2:

Hysterical! Mine all fell out first day. But then my metzel mods lightning bolts came and those bulbs are gone for good.

Are the Metzel Mods good? Do they plug into the existing lightbulb socket? What color did you get?

I used silicone on mine and it worked great for me
