Over time i have noticed that the left eye target in the lower playfield never goes out; it stays lit despite repeated hits; was not like this in the beginning

Any thoughts or suggestions??

It probably got wedged up against the post, and the switch can't register. You need to adjust it from underneath.

+1, push it over and tighten it bit. Don't over tighten though.

A friend removed his mini rubber rings that sit on the outter edges of the stand up targets and it really plays just fine with them removed. The other night I added cliffy colored sleeves to the front edges and really like how it looks n plays now.

I had the same problem.
Undid a couple of screws, pulled out the switch, straightened it back up to normal...
Works like a charm!

That works too but you'll be doing it quite a bit. I did it the 1st few times n got tired of having to adjust them.

I had to adjust mine when I first got the game, but it's been fine ever since.

You must not be going to the lower PF as much as me. Bashing on the edges of those targets will make them shift over again.

Did you remove the lower PF to fit the red posts? They look great.

I took the posts out with intention of switching to the standard posts like the ones you see on AFM and other BWM's games but the top of the post was too wide to fit into the hole at the top of the plastic. So I just took the existing posts out, wrapped some black electrical tape just enough so the cliffy sleeve wouldnt move around on the post and put them back it. Worked out great you can control the ball a little bit more down there.

I agree : each time I re-adjust them, it shifts again after a few games only

Quoted from SealClubber:

It doesn't work for me. And it is really not easy to adjust : the targets shift by themselves when you tighten the 2 screws that hold them...

Ok, now one of the targets of my acdc stucks also .
Any news about the mod with cliffys sleeves?
I fear, if i remove the rubber rings, the lower playfield ball will be damaged..

I unscrewed the two little screws that hold the switch together not the screws the hold the switch to the PF and it worked a treat but I'm noticing it's starting to move back again

i had to take mine out, and straighten all the blades. they shifted off of one another so the contact pads were not touching. once that happened, worked great ever since.
