Hi guys,
I have an AC/DC Premium. When I start a game, it now loads two balls. Anytime a ball drains, two balls get loaded in the shooter lane. Also, in any mode where the lower playfield gets activated, a ball doesn't get sent there. The machine counts down and then starts hitting relays, etc. to search for balls midway through the countdown.
Any ideas or tips?

Ack! You guys were completely right! That was stupid of me. Earlier, the machine kept searching for balls even though all 4 were in the trough, so I put all 5 in there. Bonehead move! I don't know why it kept searching for the balls when it had 4. Anyway, I moved one ball back to the lower playfield and all is well now. Sorry it took me a while to reply, I've been playing AC/DC again...
