I have an ACDC pro and the other day while I was playing the flippers died during play and the score switched to player 2...I checked the back to see if any connectors are loose but it still does it.
    Can anybody help?
    Thanks in advance!

Check connector to ball trough and the optos or switches for the balls too...

    +1

90%+ chance of it just being a loose connection with the through boards.

Were the keys in the coin door? If so perhaps the door slid open while playing killing the coils(flippers) and ending the ball? Just a consideration before poking around.

No, the keys were not in the door...

I agree that it is probably the trough. Something registered to think the ball went into the outhole. So start there.

Diagnose by using the diag menu and the CLR to clear the balls out of the game. Then while leaving that screen up, start checking connections, anything fouling the trough, and any switches that register when they shouldn’t.

And because it’s modern, check that balls are not getting hung up on the switches. That was happening on my AC/DC.
