Hi
Every time I start a game the machine puts 2 balls in the shooter lane. Any tips on what is happening and how to fix it.

Check how many balls are in the machine. It will do this if too many.
Go to diagnostic menu and look to see on ball trough diagnostic which switches are close as you launch balls to determine if one of the trough opto switches is bad
Clean the opto’s, check the switches, also if the top of the cover breaks the weld joints this can happen too

This is all so common with Stern games. Check all of your trough wiring connections. Pull and re-seat connectors.
