Looking at getting an ac/dc.i have choice of new pro vault version with warranty, or a demo model premium? New pro $1500 cheaper

A very nice pre owned premium should be about $6200-6500. Less than the $1500 difference you are seeing.

There isn't $1500 of fun on the lower play field.
Get the premium you get drop targets and the lower play field which is fun and looks better compared to the Angus art on the pro.

I owned acdc premium for a year or more. It was a love/hate relationship and Had a bit of sellers remorse. But then I played a pro on location and had more fun on it than any moment in owning the premium. But no way was I ever going to buy a pro with the angus face nor the decal cover up.
Over the years I tried many premiums and just wasn’t feeling it. The stand ups on the pro is just a more enjoyable game (to me). Then came the pro vault edition and angus was removed and a swinging bell was added. Had to have it and I did.
All in all, the pro to me is more fun gameplay wise; the premium is better for the aesthetics.
With a new pro you don't get the Angus Face, which would be a deal killer for me. I would look for a used Pro and convert to LED.
What's more AC/DC than a mug of Angus!
Do the premiums still have the dancing band? That was always one of my favorite things on the game when I owned my premium.

Yes, but...I have to admit, I never look at that and rarely notice it moving.

I had a pro vault. Bell swings. No Angus face, and I dont like the mini playfield on any games, so pro vault all the way, and its led already
