I have a problem with my AC/DC Premium machine that I hope someone reading this might be familiar with.
The "AXE" lanes do not seem to move the lighted lanes with the flipper controls at the top of the playfield.
The RGB boards that light up these lanes do test properly to the different colors on the RGB tests from the diagnostics menu on the machine, but they don't seem to light up correctly or move with flipper action, as normal.
Strange thing is that the lighted "FIRE" lanes do move correctly with flipper action, so I theorize that the CPU is receiving proper flipper contacts and such, that should also control the AXE lanes.
I see that the small RGB boards for each A, X and E lane connect to this RGB controller, a so called "GRINDER LED" card, part 520-5331-00
I guess my question is: will replacement of this Grinder LED card fix my AXE flipper control lighted lane issue?

Skill shot never moves from flipper control...

I replaced the LED Grinder card and while doing that, I checked the wiring. Found that whoever worked on this machine before me, switch 2 sets of plugs to the wrong positions. Fixed that wiring and everything works correctly now, including the AXE lanes and the associated skill shot... See attached for wiring corrected...
