One day I hope to make a Voltron pin. Even if only a retheme! My nerdy youth!

    Quoted from LTG:

Let us not forget the avatar made famous by Odin. Though he changes his avatar. He's best remembered by this.

    LTG : )

That one came about because they used to have dogs sitting around smoking cigars watching the Sunday Night football games.

And my very young daughter looked up and said "dogs talkings"

Or it could have been a tapestry I saw once.

My trophy wife...the only PG picture I could use from a boudoir shoot she did 2 years ago.

    #112 74 days ago

I'm one of the guys who actually changes their avatar. I get bored easily.
Probably used the Kurt Cobain blowing the gun pic the longest. Brian the dog smoking a bong. Farley probably won't last long

    Quoted from cottonm4:

Some people swap avatars. Others keep the same avatar for all time.
Some of you have avatars that look like an old gray haired man—-and I find myself thinking that this is who you really are, but I know otherwise.
I went google searching for some sort of ball since this is a pinball site and found the flaming ball that I use. A couple of times I have thought about looking something different but decided mine is readily identifiable so I keep it.
Some of you have some strange avatars.
Why do you have the avatar that you have? Where did you find it? Does it have some special meaning for you? Or is it just an avatar?

Mine is what happens on Pinside daily....almost hourly (any thread with a fire emblem applies).

People getting taken for a ride on the trolllolololololololer coaster.

Had it since nearly day 1 (default no avatar emblem before that).

Austria. Well then. G’day, mate! Let’s put another shrimp on the barbie!

    Austria? you're kidding right?

Mine is from a PSP (Playstation Portable) commercial that I found funny, and I often quote saying "squirrel, please...". Wish there was more to it, but that's about it.

    #121 74 days ago

I read a tutorial on how to put your name in the stern logo. I was going to upload it to my games using pinball browser but never got around to it .

I just heard a great interview with Mark Patton and there's a documentary coming soon about his life. Fascinating story.

have been collecting and restoring ems since 1977. just love the way they work and look.

    ..and their history.

have been collecting pinball and arcade pix circa 1985 and back and have around 3000 images.

this has always been my fave. everything about the photo is real.

I did a full ground up resto on a happy clown from nov. 1964 which was my month and year of birth. NOS playfield and perpex bglass.

have had the legend designer wayne neyens sign this photo.

    First game, Sharp Shooter.

I don't change it; like the cowboy / wild west idea - glad I don't live in those times though.

Mine is a painting from a French artist, Mr. Garcin, representing Deadpool composed with hundreds of smaller ones. Adding to that, Deadpool is one of my favorites machines actually.
