Hi everybody,

so apart from our products I just wanna present some of the other stuff we're doing over here at Pinball-Dreams. We're a company that mainly restores pinball machines to a high end level and we of course make some really unique machines for our customers.

Today we finished a very special version of Old Chicago for one of our customers. We didn't like the original artwork at all so we made an adaption for the cabinet...our customer really likes it

Apart from that machine was completely restored and playfield refurbished - more or less completely repainted..

Hope you enjoy the pics

Regards

Exceptional job! Few things are better than EMs with perfect playfields that have been clear coated.

#11 4 years ago

Tremendous! always loved the artwork on the playfield and backglass. The unique cabinet does it justice.

Anything is an improvement....for me maybe the ugliest game ever created

Cabinet is awesome.. I like how you integrated the original design in the new stencil. You'd probably be able to sell many copies of that stencil set. Great restoration. Very minor = it looks like one of the pop caps isn't seated properly in the 2nd pic...

You should make a deal with the pinball pimp and have him retail your stencils. I know I would buy them, Great work!

I wanted a stencil like that for my City Slicker. I think it would work just great.

Wow, that game is gorgeous! Love that cabinet. Bally should have done it that way!

Nah, it's quite the opposite! Old Chicago is one of the few Art Deco themed pinball machines. In fact I don't think there are any other Art Deco styled EM's out there.

Fair enough on that. I wonder what it would look like with a diff'rent color scheme.

I love the art deco theme and admittedly I also love the pink. . This one is absolutely gorgeous, the changes to the cab really look nice.

Fantastic work on the game! Really like the new take on the stencils. Since Larry pointed out one item, I'll add another: the right-hand post supporting the spinner should be a RED post (Greg Kmiec's signature).

Excellent !!

I see where you are coming from, good point. it would look probably look quite nice royal blue, black, purple and gold (and maybe a lit of red thrown in).

Pls put me on the list for a stencil kit.
Looks fantastic.

I never thought I'd see an Old Chicago that looked nice enough that I'd be jealous.

Amazing. Loved that game when I had it. It's the IronMan of EMs. Brutally short games.

Nice comparison. It can be pretty nasty!

Very nice. That game would look killer in the Black and Silver of the latest movie/musical art.

I honestly like the original cabinet artwork myself... but your updated version looks even better. Very well done, beautiful machine. Kind of the ultimate EM, it's a very good game and yours is much better than when it was even new. Awesome work!

Morning everybody,

finally: MANY thanks for your kind feedback - really appreciate it. Really happy that you like it as much as we do. We just became the official producer and vendor for Bally/Williams Stencil Kits in Europe. So...we're just building up our database. You'll be able to buy these stencils very soon. We're also working on a translation fo our homepage.

So...seems that there are still some pinheads who like EM's...so I'll present some more projects in the next days.

Have a great weekend everybody

Cheers

Henrik
