I ordered a repro backglass from Shay. He promptly sent it out priority mail, but it took week to get here. No telling how many trucks it bounced around on, but it arrived shattered to bits.
Shay handled it great. New one was on its way to me within a couple days. Good thing he had another one!
Anyway, it wasn’t his fault and he handled it with excellent customer service. I’m glad to recommend Shay.
And, I should add, he does beautiful work. Couldn’t be happier.
