    There are a ton of threads like this one. The advantage you’ll get with a boutique company is direct, real time customer service.

    I’ve owned two Spooky games and absolutely recommend them. Quick resolutions to problems and a commitment to making things right. Charlie cares about his company and genuinely loves pinball.

    When you buy a Stern, you’re buying a product. When you buy a Spooky, you’re part of a tribe.
