I emailed Spooky Pinball’s customer support this morning at 7:49 AM (Central Time) and got a response back at 7:53 AM (Central Time). For the cynical crowd, it was the same day and just 4 minutes later. I don’t know what to say other than I am so impressed. I don’t think I’ve ever received customer service like that in the pinball industry or otherwise. I just felt like they deserved some recognition. Nice work guys. You’ve got a fan and loyal customer for life
