Quoted from mbwalker:Take any inside pictures of the light?
The very top of the inside of the lighthouse where the light was located was closed off to the general public.

Quoted from mbwalker:Thanks for the link, that was interesting. So it sounds like you had to take a boat ride over to the lighthouse since it's surrounded by private property?
We took a boat ride with a limited amount of passengers, which totaled 50 riders. We took the 1pm boat and returned back on the last pick up at 4:30 pm when they closed up.
The lighthouse volunteers were very friendly and I chatted with many of them hearing lots of information and stories.
It was surrounded by private property. I tried a couple of times by car to see if we could somehow park somewhere and walk in on our own.
The picture is the light house dock when we arrived.

The Museum/SC plant looks very similar as their German museum. I would like to visit there one day.
