Even cleaned up my shed the other day to make room for more pinballs, put the big still in the other shed so have room for 10-20 pins now before i have to start putting them next door....[quoted image]

Big still? As opposed to the little still? Whatcha brewing?

Caught the garbage man having a little fun today with our old mattress that I stripped clean and cut up to get out of the house. I loved how he looked over to see if anyone was watching him. Little does he know

View from my hospital room. My liver tumor pinched my bile duct shut so they had to put a stint in it to let the bilirubin drain out of my blood. It was starting to cause jaundice. But my numbers are improving so the surgery must have worked.

Not a bad view, but hope you feel better and get out of there soon, buddy!

Quoted from LTG:many years later I still think of him.

Same here. I’ll have to dig up some videos of the squirrel that I had hanging out with me. It would literally knock on my patio door to see if I was home. And when I came out it would sit on my lap and eat nuts out of my hand. After it was done eating it would lay on the back of the patio couch by my head and relax. It took me awhile to train it to get close to me. Probably a month or so. Everyday it would get closer and closer until it wasn’t afraid of me. Then one day it never showed up. I was pretty upset for awhile.

Finally tackled this POS eyesore. It’s only been sitting like this for 4 years when I bought the house, minus the stupid bar door boards I ripped off. I think I earned a beer

The next thing that drives me crazy. My yard backs up to 2 houses and they each have their own fence obviously. I don’t mind the wood one and will probably stain it or something, but I can’t stand bright white vinyl fencing. It’s blinding with the sun, and looks out of place. Painting it would be a constant upkeep battle because I’m pretty sure nothing will stay stuck on for more than a year. Anyone else have any ideas or have done something?

    Quoted from yzfguy:

Pit up your own fence the entire length so it doesn't look like patchwork.

I thought about that, but I’m too nice and don’t want to create a problem with the guy behind me that put it up. Only because the fence continues on beyond into my next door neighbors yard about 30’. So then essentially I’ll be tearing down what he paid to put up, and then leaving him with patchwork. The chainlink fence is the end of my yard.

Or leave the fences as is and take the money you are saving to buy more pinball machines.

I like the way you think

    #1831 2 years ago
    Quoted from punkin:

Get a local graffiti artist in paint your side of both fences. It's cheaper than you think.
I have lots of big graffiti murals here and they were about the same price as having someone come in and paint it white.

    Your murals are awesome!!

    Quoted from punkin:

Just got back from talking to the graphic designer about my van wrap.
Wait till you see this one if it comes together!
Think Betty and Veronica in the tinted van side windows doing a tit mash on the glass.
Deadpool laying on a pinball down below.
Woopi Freeballer logo splashed up the sides.
Stilldragon Australia logo on the back.
I'll know in a week or so if they can find an illustrator to do what i want and if i want to pay the cost.

    I like it!

    Quoted from Slugmeister:

Well placed trellis and ivy would cover that up.Not sure if you can grow hops there but that would work as well and give you a reason to brew your own beer.

I’ve actually thought about growing hops. I have all the equipment because I’ve done several batches in the past. Good idea!

    #1837 2 years ago
    Quoted from Slugmeister:

Just snapped a pic of some hops. The wife trims this way back in the fall and it is just getting started this spring. It will grow as high and thick as you want provided you give it support aka trellis.
    [quoted image]

    I’m really liking this idea.
