    It’s car camping.

Anyone here ever had a Swiss mountain dog or a Kangal? The doctor here in town has 3 males and 3 females we're considering. Might be a little too big for us and not sure if we want to train a couple dogs. The boy in the back right smiles.

Friend of a friend daughter moved and has a few days to find a home for Daisy. She's 1.5 yrs old and is a Border Collie x Australian Sheppard. We're going to Alberta Monday to meet her and probably bring her home with us. Wife is on the phone with the owner now making plans.

My brother has an Aussie Border Collie cross (Douglas). Doug’s a good boy and could probably do your taxes if you asked the right way.

If it happens, congrats on the new member of the family!

Here's a couple more of Daisy the owner sent. I am beyond pumped and so excited to welcome her to our family. We'll have to convert her to Timmies. No Starbucks around here.

Hoping for a March fly or even a butterfly.

Trying to avoid the tame bumblebee who comes in to see which pinballs are currently out the front. Wouldn't mind if one of the wasps that give me headbuts went down though.

Well 50 mph winds, crazy drifts, blizzard conditions and highways closed east of us. We're pushing back picking up Daisy a day but still going to trek west to Alberta this afternoon. Hopefully the plows will be out sanding the roads this morning. Going to be a slow drive

Sorry, did you say 40,000? Is your backyard area part of a spawning ground? If so that is cool.

That's so cool. My dad and his bros would go salmon fishing in Campbell River, BC yearly and fill up the freezer.

To clarify my property is adjacent to one of the larger Salmon hatcheries in the state. The priority is King(chinook) and Silver(coho)Approx 8k and 12k of those return.Part of the Chum run are hatchery raised for the fishermen. Most are wild and are released upstream of the hatchery to spawn naturally.Should be lots of Eagles here soon for the buffet.

Yes, lead saudered stained glass. Has 2 small cracks up by the chain. I'll replace the hook chain. Just wanted to see it in the window.

Friends and family pick me up an occasional vintage 1960’s-70’s owl at garage or church sales.
There are a few rules. If someone is going to get me one It’s got to be an owl or something different / interesting.
