Why specifically blue jay? Why not any other bird?

I passed the other border today on Hwy 14 in my rear view window

Blue Jays are most prominent in my back yard, all other birds are tiny.
Only a guess.
Shots from Moab, climbing and coming down these rocks scares the sh#t out of us. Guide said the worst one was 65°, I need a rzr, not a ranger

Pinfest 2022 from Clinton Starrett on Vimeo.

A really nice vid that one of the organizers did of the Newcastle Pinfest. This is our biggest comp i believe with nearly 90 machines there this year on freeplay with all proceeds to charity. Video curtesy of Clint Starett.
My machines start at Sunset Riders and end at P3 (cept TZ and that's not my Hurricane).

I’m not there now I got out before the feeding frenzy

Somebody has a problem!
I mean not all those boxes facing the same direction, well at least they are by row. Those gaps also don't look uniform, use a tape measure next time uh?
Just got back from a trip to SC - stopped at Biltmore in Ashville along the way. Largest private residence in the US (It is still privately owned but open for tours) Total estate about 8,000 acres, down from 125,000 acres (of which 85,000 was sold to the US government for part of the Pisgah National Forest).
House has a game room (Billiards), two lane bowling alley, indoor swimming pool and gym... Pretty cutting edge for 1895.

My best friend in high school dad had two 69 Camaros. One a super sport and one a regular. Both 454s. The ss was a show car and won world of wheels 93 and 94 or 94 and 95 best in class. The regular was a race car with a roll cage and 1000+ hp.

Remember getting my first EWP ticket and having to jump out at 40'.
Quoted from punkin:Remember getting my first EWP ticket and having to jump out at 40'.
I had to look up what a ticket is in Australian. First thought was what could he have been doing with that thing to get a ticket and why would he jump out? World's slowest police chase?
Aussie for license.
Also used for money ie fun ticket.
It was better when i became a high risk plant instructor. Then i could tell others to jump out.

That passenger is not going to qualify you for the 'Car Pool Lane". Good try though.
Last day in Moab, already thinking of next year. If you haven't been here, you should think about it. Utv and jeep rentals, guided tours, so much to see and do. Highly recommend pistachio pizza !

Looks awesome. Amazing views.
I'll be in Vancouver area early October. Can't wait to see the rockies and coast again. Haven't been to Van since ozzfest 99.
They think you have a lot of money when you have your own plane. They come crawling out of the woods just to meet you!
Quoted from punkin:How do they get the beavers with a plane?
My wifes now dead cousin was richy rich. Like just shy of a bil rich. Real estate developer. Had his own jet. 2 full time pilots. Think it was a 20 seater or so.
We threw a 47th wedding anniversary party for my in laws and he and his wife flew in to North Battleford. Took a couple trips up for family the next day for 20 minute tours of the area. Was really cool to see all the prarie farmland in different colors from sections of land.

Sounds like you've been to beaver valley before!

Same way they get snakes on I guess.
Course they wouldn’t bother you in the least.

Poor little python, he was just looking for a warm lap to curl up in.
My big guy right now. He's been doing laps all week, i think he's trying to escape and i feel guilty that i haven't had him out in a week when i know he want's to.
