Looks like an Angora, if so it's an escaped pet.
Turns out he's the South African couples behind us. They don't cage him and has been running around for a couple weeks now. He looked to be about the size of a small poodle. I didn't realize they're like other domestic animals and know where home is.

Having my driveway redone by my brother and 4 friends. None of the guys are younger than 60.
My brother and 4 other friends did the original driveway 27 years ago.
14 yards the first day and 16 yards the second.

I don't think pilots should be allowed to post in here anymore. Too many extraordinary office window shots!

We didn't get the snow you got in Alberta but it was 21° yesterday and 30° Monday. High of 6° today.
Unfortunately it still hasn't rained yet here this spring. Fire bans everywhere. Wild fires evacuating people up by Prince Albert.

Yes, I've heard about the fires there and just spent the last half hour on the phone with a client whose business has been affected. Hope you get some 'rain relief' soon! Wildfires over the past 10 years in Western Canada have been unprecedented and insane.

You can buy small hand held feeders shaped like flowers for the hummingbirds and see if you can feed them yourself. I've done it in the past and it's a really neat feeling watching a hummingbird eat out of your hand.

I once held a hotdog up in the air so a seagull could take it. Haha

Several guys post pics of cold temps and freshly fallen snow and you follow with a view poolside?
I can't believe you didn't get any down votes for rubbing it in.

Hard to down vote a man you envy. Nice weather and a pool. One or the other, then maybe. But not both.

First cutting of hay nearly done here in Ohio. Still some small square bales to make today or tomorrow.

I didn't know plastic wrapping a bale was a thing. Is that so UPS doesn't F' it up when you ship?

I believe it's to preserve it. So the moisture and/or elements don't accelerate its degradation. They do the same here.
Correct me if I'm wrong doc....

Be sure to remove before you feed the cows! (don't know anything about farming.)
Quoted from RyanStl:I didn't know plastic wrapping a bale was a thing.
I first seen that about 15 years ago.
Overall I think only about 20% of the ones I see are wrapped.
We pulled the carpet from our family room months ago,
basically cause we have too many cats and and a couple of them
tend to pee out of the box (for spite or senility) on occasion.
Well we finally got new tile on the floor,
after living with the bare cement floor for far too long.
Here are a couple shots of the new tile floor just installed.
The grout still needs to be applied.
Some may deem it a little busy, but its what my wife wanted.

The plastic does offer some protection from the elements, but more importantly is allows the hay inside to ferment as silage (wrapped bales are called baleage). The hay is purposely baled with a higher moisture content and the plastic seals off the outside air. Essentially the wrapped bales are miniature silos (those tall things with the domed cap).
The wrapped bales even have a special hugger to move them around so as not to puncture the plastic.

Finished off the first cutting with some small square bales. That is Amish Dave on the right (cut his head out of the picture so as not to steal his soul ) and the brother in law on the left. BIL is from Louisiana and always shows up for these sorts of activities in unique attire. The bale is just being fired out of the kicker in this pic.
That is some shitty work. Once you've done it once you don't want to rush to do it again.
Aching back, arms and legs and itchy as fuck all over with assorted bugs crawling round inside your shirt.
Then you have to do it all over again when you get back to the shed and load the elevator.
Sure makes a beer taste good though!
Quoted from TimBoch:Course is greening up.

I'd be out there till the sun goes down! Smart that there's no windows. Is the pic from the tee box? How far to green?
Quoted from EJS:My favorite is the water feature.
Ball washer is in a convenient spot too. Rest your leg on the fence and get real close and wash your balls.

I found out it’s best to do one at a time. Tried doing two at once and something got stuck.

Hole 1 is patterned after #11 at Augusta. The tee is just left of the 3rd green in the top picture and goes to just right of the waterfall. It's about 36 yards.
Hole 2 goes across the waterfall and is a 1/10th scale of #12 at Augusta at 15 yards.
Hole 3 is patterned after #13 at Augusta and is about 33 yards. The tee is from behind the 1st green near the ballwasher and goes to the green in the first picture.
