Picture of where I used to work at before they escorted me out with security. 32 years and this is how they treat you nowadays? Building on the right next to the canal.

I had planned on working on my Earthshaker project today but ended up spending more time than expected getting the newest family member up and nursing. Its true -- I live near a number of jackasses.

One of my new hobbies is trapping pack rats on the property.
One of them chewed the wire harness on my truck and I had to rebuild it over the weekend. It’s full on war now.

Came home from work today and noticed one of the traps was sprung (which is odd because pack rats are mostly nocturnal).

A Cactus Rein decided to hop in and try himself some peanut butter.
Let him go and promptly reset the trap.

My smaller Bredli got a new tank during the week. Same footprint but three times the volume and multi level as well. Yet to finish furnishing it, need some more rocks, i need to build a foam filler for the under level with a hutch for him to curl up in too.

Got the actual tank for a carton of beer, haven't got the bill for the stand and fitting out yet.

Winter version of the above. 23 degrees F out, and only a little over a foot of snow on the ground at the moment, most of the winter will have 4-5 feet on the ground.

It is. One of Wade's first GTB Knock Out playfields. Going to upload a couple pics soon. I had to send it off for touch up and clearcoat since it was one that experimented on, not one from his regular run. It was drop shipped there so today is my first time seeing it!

Boy I'm tired. LOL. Before passing out last night I had to clear off some of the holiday cheer and snap a few pictures. Hopefully this is our only multi-foot storm this season.

We have been living with mud flats since September, as they put in erosion control and excavated out a large amount of silt in our cove. Gate still open, but excavated area has filled in with water so the view is a little better now. Won't start filling in till February this year. They took a lot of silt out, but of course wish they would have taken more. Normal pool will still be just around 24-30" by our dock.

I barely made it over to pinballplusMN tonight and I didn’t have to leave my neighborhood and took me close to 1/2 hour. Didn’t feel like walking into Walmart with him so I’m looking out my window seeing more shopping carts parked than vehicles.

I tried getting a head start on snow blowing at my house earlier. Point the chute to the south, snow blows north. Point the chute to the north, snow blows south. Yeah winter is here.
