View out the front window ...
It’s autumn here ... has been pretty wet. Makes the grass nice and green.

Quite the diverse neighborhood O-din, the beach, trash on the curb, free roaming dogs. . . can't wait to see what's on the fourth side of your house!

Those aren't all from my house. I do however tend to get around.

    Quoted from VacFink:

No its not mars, its the Colorado front range on a windy spring day after a VERY dry winter.

You guys are probably dealing with the storm that blew through California yesterday. It was windy as hell, and we got about two inches of snow out of it in the mountains of SoCal. Lucky for me none of it stuck to the roads.

I'll stick up for you o-din. I'm glad you are here on Pinside. I appreciate your sense of humor, and that you keep things entertaining and not too boring.
Plus, it is easy to see that you have learned a lot about pinball over the years, and that you share this info with others.
Carry on o-din. We got your back.

    #82 5 years ago

    Thank you pinball-is great.

I'm not one to brag much, but I would like to think in my 50 years being involved with this that maybe I have acquired a little more pinball knowledge than some . And don't mind sharing some of it with those that are interested.

And not taking anything too seriously has kind of become second nature to me.

    Carry on....

    Quoted from vicjw66:

    Thankfully not
    Great song,

    Tragic story

The song refers to the Wittenoom asbestos mine in Western Australia where blue asbestos was mined between 1947 and 1966. The once-thriving town is now a virtual ghost town. Shops are boarded up, the 2 schools are closed, the local cinema is derelict. In their ignorance, the original settlers used asbestos in gardens, school yards and roads. Wittenoom is without doubt Australia's greatest industrial disaster and it is estimated that 25% of the 20,000 men who mined asbestos there will die from related diseases.

For those who like critters we get a number of these that pass by daily. Caught them this morning just after they emptied the bird feeder.
