Now let's not put the cart before the horse. We know how these Stern picture shenanigans play out. My money is on a Mary Shelly Frankenstein sequel. Check out Borg's shirt, and the fact that as an old Sega title, Stern has all the rights to it already, so cheap IP. Given the original MSF had that large display, we'll probably see the first Stern LCD use on it as well.

Why call it a pro LE if it has less than the pro? It sort of sends the wrong impression. They should just do like they did with IM and call it the classic model.

See, this is one thing I hate about the pin community. People find out about something and there's no place you can go to actually order crap without being all buddy-buddy with "the right people".
Seriously, I hope you're kidding, but I probably know better than that. I don't get why Stern doesn't sell direct when they end up having to provide support to the end user ANWYAYS and half these things are being drop shipped from Stern straight to a home user/op.

middle man has to take a cut for what? I can see if there is a showroom and all that but most of these pre-orders are just via a phone or email and the dealer has to take a bite.
Why does this happen JUST before I decide to sell my LE? Oh well, I suppose it won't make much difference to the demand.

Thank's for the Tip Hooked , I just confirmed my Tron Pro LE also .. Only 100 are gonna be built and 50 of those are going out of the Country .. I'll have 1 of 50 in the States .. 2012 Tron Pro LE 2D
And I think the New Tranlite lOOks Killer , the p/f will have Light cycles etc...... I'm Game !!!

What new Translight? That one in back of Borg was one that was not approved by Disney. I wonder if it is just going to be the same as what already exists but without the 3d effect.
In the seminar at the NW show... Gary was asked if he was going to do another run of Tron. He was very passionate when he said "NO!".

I would buy a Tron Premium. No doubt. I can live without the 3d translite as well. The pro is just missing a bit too much for me. Add the lighting and drop targets in + daft and take my money.

Eli is adding the game controlled fiber ramp lighting . Standup targets are better than drops on Tron.
Ok missing one MB 2 out of three are not bad. Adding the ramp kit will be cheaper than the prem price. New ramps will let you customize colors and effects with no hacking. So even better.

I hate to be the skeptic, but what does 'confirmed' mean? A Canadian distributor said so? I hope it's true, but how many 'confirmed' rumors do we see on a weekly basis that turn out to be crapola?

Stern never releases info like this officially so it's hard to come up with cold, hard proof per se.. but if the sales manager at Starburst Coin Inc. (Stern's 2nd largest distributor worldwide I believe) sends me an email confirming the fact, I tend to believe them. And distribs are already taking preorders

Okay, cool. As previously mentioned, hopefully this will steer us towards one last code update. I'm glad folks will get one more shot to get Tron!
Pro has a place in the menu X ramp shots gives an extra ball but it does nothing at all.
I hope they fix this issue.
