Quoted from waldo34:

Hi all, I'm on day two of ownership. My ball is not being kicked out of the scoop 100% of the time. I have adjusted the switch a couple of times and it still is an issue. Has anyone else had this issue I didn't see a post in the thread. Also, is there a ball search I need to enable? Right now when the ball doesn't get kicked out the game is pretty much dead. Thanks.

When I first setup my machine to test it out ( pre-leveling ) I had this happen. After getting the machine perfectly level it hasn't happened again. I'd start there if you haven't already done it.

Quoted from Rensh:

The fuses are slow as mentioned on the silk screened PCB. Now slow-blow is different as slow but if your fast one blows I am not surprised. Typ with all pinballs you see slow or slow-blow fuses used in coil circuits.[quoted image]

What are the fuse sizes? does anyone sell a kit with a full set of replacements?

Quoted from ezatnova:

Anyone else keep having their MPF ribbon come unseated? Super annoying to have to access that to re click it in!
Figured the first time maybe it got jostled in shipping or was never fully seated from the factory, but happened again 4 days later. Definitely fully clicked it in when I fixed it the first time.

Not yet, but I’ve had my ribbon cables for the boards by the MAUDE switches come off multiple times. Per DP support ive used a drop of hot glue.

Quoted from amxfc3s:

Amazon really isn't a good place to buy electronic components. Buy Littlefuse or Eaton brand fuses from GPE, Mouser, or Digikey.

Like almost anything on amazon these days, what you getting from them is the absolute bottom of barrel quality Chinese knock off goods.

Quoted from jeffro01:

LOL... That's funny when you consider that any other "name brand" you'd buy is ALSO made in... Wait for it... CHINA... Or some other SE Asia country...
I'm sure what I ordered will be just fine and will get the job done.
Jeff

Of course that is true, but real brands typically have quality control, warranties, and stand behind their products. They don't evaporate overnight and rebrand and start selling under a different brand name a day later on Amazon.

Does anyone else have an issue with ribbon cables on the underside of the playfield getting loose or falling out over time? I think I’ll try some tape for now, but if there is a better solution let me know.

I’ve noticed a bug on the new code that I swear I’ve never seen before. I’ve had the mystery award kick the ball out almost immediately, while still showing the animation sequence allowing me to flip during. Anyone else seen this?

I’ll take the glass off today and see if I can reproduce.

Quoted from eharan:

Thia happened to me one time on the new code. I have probably played 20 games on the updated code and this only happened once so far.
Ed

Same. It has not happened since.

Quoted from gliebig:

My game was having a ton of random freeze ups. Tracked it down to this cable being loose. Wedged something temporary to keep the connection tight just to test it and it's now playing 100%.[quoted image]

That top pin for the USB housing looks cold/cracked AF. I would reflow that asap.

I’m having the car fluttering issue, and for some reason the service faq on the Dutch pinball site won’t load. Tried it multiple times now. Can anyone point me to a fix?
