My left ramp diverter sometimes does not go down far enough to allow the ball to be locked. Is there a way to adjust how low the diverter goes?
I am thinking about putting a few washers underneath the playfield (where the mech screws in) to physically lower the diverter. It seems simple enough to do.
Has anyone else had this issue?

Anyway, check below playfield if the screw which acts as a coilstop is still in place. Also you will see above playfield that the diverter is connected to the plunger with two screws. See if loosen them gives you some slack to set it lower.
Sorry I explained my issue incorrectly. The diverter always drops to the same height, but sometimes I hit it with enough power to get over the lip of the diverter.
I will try to adjust the diverter by the 2 screws first. Can you please show me where the "screw that acts like a coilstop" is? I am not sure what you are referring to.
