Don't forget I cover a lot. Two manufacturers, one help desk, newsgroups and forums. VOIP, regular phone, email, pm's, etc. etc. And people stopping in with questions.
And this covers many different manufacturers and over a lot of years.
So all in all, issues spread over all of that, are small.
