I don't think it's the best Bally ever but it has a unique set of rules, all the original pac man sounds, and a legit video mode from 1982.
Once you know how to do the video mode without getting eaten, it's always exactly the same; you just go through the motions. It's still a good game though - some challenging shots, plus the art and sounds. A worthy project would be to make the video mode more interesting.
