Quoted from Ericpinballfan:Tight work Cosmo! Love the idea of that weld bracket for support on legs.
Im guessing that he is only using these to support the leg on the cabinet while he drills the holes but actually wouldnt be a bad idea for all legs. Just make them narrower so they dont show on the side.
Quoted from cosmokramer:I have been debating raising the back side of my rotisserie to give me a 6.5° pitch so I can start playing it now...
Go for it !! Just watch out for airballs !!
Quoted from Plumonium:I hear so much praise about the color DMD but can't wrap my head around the cost. Especially if the current DMD is fine.
I thought the same thing until i finally bit the bullet and got one for my Getaway and all i can say is WOW ! what a difference it makes and I just love it !
Quoted from Soulrider911:Hey cosmo are you going to offer cabinet kits? Your so good at it could be a great opportunity. Virtualpin has cabinets, but some of us can’t warrant spending that much. If it came in pieces and one could just assemble it, with some glue and a nail gun would be awesome!
The problem is that without automation like CNC it is a lot of work to do this one at a time by hand and would be tough im sure for cosmo to keep it at a decent price and not work for free.
Quoted from cosmokramer:Will do...Cliffy dropped the switch protector in the mail today.
All the other small issues are worked out, game plays 100%. Im really happy with how it turned out.
Now for the big question...whats it worth? I am selling it, I have a buyer (a pinsider) interested but not sure what to ask for it?
Any ideas?PS- I updated the total dollars spent...I forgot to add the $$ for the color dmd and the cliffy...almost $3700 invested, not counting labor
I will come and pick it up personally for $3700.00 Canadian. I think thats about 50 bucks American if i do my math right no ?
All kidding aside, great job on this restore Cosmo and someone will be lucky to have it !
Quoted from cosmokramer:Game is sold, adding a few upgrades before it gets hand delivered.
Nice ! Whos the lucky guy/gal? (If they dont mind you telling)
