BTW, it's known as reputation management. There are actual companies that provide it as their primary service. If you don't have 10 minutes per week to stay in touch with your current and potential customers, you are making a grave business error. No one needs to respond to unfounded criticism and wild speculation, but when you create a giant void by not answering simple concerns that are floating around for weeks, this is what you get. Surely Skit-B spent a lot of time on these boards while drumming up their capital. I don't think anyone asks too much when looking for a little status blurb here and there.
Am I satisfied by the response? It doesn't really matter, does it?
