Lots of different age groups here ... so I will direct it to the 90s ppl . Hanging out in bars in the 90s , playing TAF , TZ , or Funhouse , back then would you even imagine the popularity or worth of those games decades after ? ( If I missed a 90s game please add to the convo )

I remember playing STTNG at the local 3.2 bar where I grew up. It became my favorite machine and I never expected that one say I’d own one. Bought mine over 4 years ago.

My buddy was building a house in the 90s, we were in our 30s, and the local bar had a T2. We'd play the crap out of it at lunch breaks. Never thought I'd own one....or ten...or twenty.....
And no, never even crossed my mind at the time about the appreciation - i bought them because I liked them.

I really like the red brick on the wall there. Is that a wallpaper type thing or more like the "brick tile" I've seen?

Thanks, it's paneling, Menards, about $30 a sheet. But it's not flat, it's actually textured like brick too.

You can't really see the "Pinball Alley" sign in the middle of the wall, but that was the inspiration.....

Nice! Wish we had Menards around these parts...

Probably Home Depot and Lowes carry something similar -

We have a dungeon-type background in our mad scientist bar area, I think it came in a 25' x 48" roll from Party City or something.

What are those switch board things called? What about the tower of stuff?

You tagged Fun House but meant to tag FunHouse .

For me, it was Fish Tales that brought me back to pinball from the video game world. It wont be leaving my collection any time soon....

When I was a kid, T2 was everything. Thinking about it kinda makes me miss mine

There was a T-2 in this little dive bar in the early 90s when it was just a little pool hall called Banana's.

Haven't been in there since it changed owners and format.
