+1 . Lionman !!!!
Quoted from CaptainNeo:I wish I had pictures of my old favorite 80's arcade I used to go to when I was a kid. It was a real arcade. Not one of those mall type ones. The type with no windows and if you dropped a token on the ground, You had a hard time finding it because it was so dark in there. I remember the layout well and could tell you the lineup from 1982 up one wall and down the other. But I forgot the name of game number 7. Which was a galaxian type game, where you had to land pieces of your ship together between stages. If you did, you increased your shot spread. At first your ship shot really far apart. Section 2 would close that up by adding 2 more cannons (4 at this point) and 3rd stage you could land the tip for center shots.
Moon Cresta. I played it in the arcades in college. I now have it on my MAME cocktail machine.

Man I played SOF at Blainebrook a year or so ago and I just couldn't get into it.

Quoted from crassmage:my Alien Poker(for sale....)
If you sell it you might regret it. I think it might be the one game I regret selling , Mine was not in great condition and that was the reason for it's depature . Its a fun game , interesting with the way the drop targets work .
Yeah I am on the fence at the moment but I need to pay for another game I already bought. AP is my son and my wife's favorite game.
Quoted from crassmage:son and my wife's favorite game.
Ouch, yeah I know I sell games to finance new ones plus I really only have room for 10 games so I must rotate games in and out . But this game I do miss if it were in better condition it would still be here .

Now I want an ice-cream cone.
Quoted from swampfire:Now I want an ice-cream cone.
Who wouldn't? By the way, I saw this band up close and personal back in the day! hard to believe Black Knight was a new machine when this came out.
Flash!!! Ah ahhhh ahhhh! He saved every one of us! Best pin of the 80's! From an unbiased source of course.
Quoted from Hammerhead1550:I love this thread, it brings back memories!
Ditto ... More 80's!
Btw, love the Flash Gordon Teibj. Must have one.
Interesting artwork on that Flash backglass and playfield, did you do it yourself?
Quoted from cwg29:Gameroom 2013. Some people use these as garages. That's just silly. I definitely get an 80's vibe when I'm in here.
Thanks, redid Flash last year. Got lucky finding a proper machine to try my art skills on. It's all right here: http://flashredo.weebly.com .

Cool Flash backglass...never saw that one before..different playfield art too??
I really like that redone Flash. It is still consistent with the original artwork, yet 100 times better. Still giving off a full 80s vibe.
Found his Flash post..i actually commented on it before...thought I remembered it

Very nice ... would love a Catacomb.
Quoted from Squeakman:All these classic 80's Bally games and not a one in my area for sale at all. Its depressing.
I hear ya. . .but much worse here in Aus.
Thems some WIDE bodies! Very Nice. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Now that's a handsome lineup. Must have me an Embryon some day. It looks perfect next to that nice Paragon.
Quoted from pinster68:Now that's a handsome lineup.
Lots of room for more but that maybe wishful thinking on my part.
Quoted from pinster68:Had a moment of reflection tonight as I played my Black Hole and Devil's Dare. Two fantastic games for this time and definitely worth topping off this thread. Got a pic of your 80's pin? please share...

Badass.
Those are two games I would love to have.
Ah that's good stuff! I added 2 more machines. Reaching game room MAX capacity. I've decided not to sell anything for a while just to make room for another one. I sold Space Invaders for this reason and kinda miss it. I do have a workshop in the back that might just hold, just one more GameRoomAug2013.jpg

Quoted from cwg29:Do you mean "Heavy Metal" movie? (circa 1981) I'm glad someone got the joke!

Well yes. I mean that too. Haven't watched the movie in at least 20 years.
