For the bumper sound issue...does it make that sound when any bumper is hit, or just one of them?

If it's one of them, then check diodes on the switches on related items in the rows and columns in the manual.

If it's more than one, might want to double check your backbox connectors aren't off a pin on the Squawk and Talk. It's easy to do this when swapping boards.

Flashing bumpers are worth 3000....so you might want to double check the diodes on the bumper switches and make sure those are wired right. Maybe they are firing when you hit the flippers or at least the game thinks they are.
