75 Bally Flip Flop (EM) won't kick ball out after ball play

I recently bought a Flip Flop game a month ago and we have enjoyed it. It had an initial quirk (sometimes when game is reset Player 1 score doesn't always make it back to 00000. Maybe 1 out of 4 times it will hang. We just power the machine down and restart the game and it always second time around goes back to 00000. While an annoyance that didn't keep us from playing the game.

We also noticed some anomalies when bonus was paid out at end of ball. Sometimes the game would start at 2000 instead of 1000, occasionally it would hang and pay a bit more bonus than earned. Then recently it now will play the first ball, and after the ball ends, it doesn't kick the ball out to start the next ball. If you restart the game the ball comes out as normal to start the game.

It seems like there is an issue with whatever is controlling the bonus part of the game. Aside from that not sure if the score reset is just lubrication?

I am in Dallas, TX area and would be good to know a good pinball tech for either EM or newer games as I have a Star Trek NG too that could need servicing.

Any ideas or recommendations on a tech or what to do would be most appreciated!

thx
