You know, good question.

We have plenty of under 21 players regularly, so I'm going to say, come one come all, one handed. No sneaking drinks to minors.

I think for a tournament as technical as a flip frenzy, I think we'd all appreciate participants who are old enough to appreciate and handle the rules, but, if you have some wizard of a 12 year old who can be a geek about rules and is a good player, I'd say go for it.

Death saves will be allowed on Rocky and Bullwinkle (it's possible).
