Quoted from Fulltilt:Find yourself a bottle, then buy another for keeping.

Hells bells to the jack
Quoted from Chisox:Well you’ve arrived in a good place. I currently have 14 RR single barrel store picks open on my shelf and almost all of them, for me, are much more interesting than almost every Buffalo Trace bottle being chased. (George T Stagg and TH Handy excluded). For whatever reason RR 10 yr is …ungood, but Rare Breed, Kentucky Spirit, and WT 101 are all superb Wild Turkey products if you haven’t tried them. Cheers.
I like the Russels reserve store picks red label over rare breed and Kentucky single barrel by them

I enjoy the reserve very much but not seen the cask strength, heard a rumor from a rep at tasting last week will no longer be able to buy any of Belle Meade except from the distillery

It gets darker with age I see at least from what I see on the Knobs
Quoted from Fulltilt:Is that important?
You know it’s is baby, just my observation on those knobs gets darker on more aged bottles
Quoted from d0n:Decisions, decisions.

I like right one (Rare Breed) way way way more and been through quite a few bottles since discovered it, regular for me. Having a glass now!
Quoted from Green-Machine:I haven’t had a Lux Row product I didn’t like. Licorice note are encouraged in my pallet I’ll definitely get with you.
I have enjoyed all Old Ezra bottles as well
Quoted from Madmax541:Back from Kentucky & Nashville trip pick up a few bottles of bourbon
While traveling visited Buffalo Trace, Four Roses, NBC, Nelson Greenbrier.
My favorite tour was Greenbrier, great history of two Nelson brothers bringing distillery back to life, plus really enjoy their products. NBC has some awesome bourbons and Rye, just out my range.
Four Roses interesting process of blending ten different bourbons together
Pictures of bourbons my sons and I pickup
Other thing I notice bourbons purchased in NH are a lot cheaper compared to Tennessee.

I really enjoy the Belle Mead Reserve black label bottle as a regular drinker, looks like u only got the lower proof one. Did you try that one too?
