If money is no object and you want a finished product, look on your local Craigslist, someone is making them locally and selling them for $500-$600. And what they are doing is what I would do, buy a 60 in 1 board online for $50. My a generic "Classic Arcade" marquee or make one yourself. And then buy a generic jamma cabinet with a joystick and two buttons or more from Craigslist, a local operator, or a local collector for $150-$250 and swap in the 60 in 1 board.
