Lay PLASTIC on the floor to help prevent moisture transfer leading to mold and get the games off of the floor via pallets. I would also cover the games in plastic, a lot of dust accumulates in a couple of years, also protects the games from the off chance the roof springs a leak. Covering the floor in plastic or a tarp is EXTREMELY important, especially if the floor is concrete. You’d be surprised by the amount of moisture that can transfer even in temperature and humidity controlled facilities.

Choosing a site with good security is also a good idea, plenty of cameras, access gate, possibly an attendant working on site. A security gate makes a world of difference!

You could also see if the facilities latches have hardening bars, they make it a lot harder for someone to pry off the latch. These days a lot of thieves avoid cutting the locks and just pry off the latch instead.
