WOW this is weird . This game had battery acid damage , repined j4 on mpu all powers are good . Put in a working alltek , cleared memory and set game 00001001 and all i get is 000000 on all displays even credit / ball display . I get 7 flash so i put it back in my 8BD to double check the last flash . Put the alltek back in 6MDM and forgot to set it for 6MDM everything worked with switches doing wrong stuff but it worked took credits , started the game , flippers worked , etc... Put the alltek back to 00001001 ( DDDDUDDU ) nothing works , all i get is GI and 000000 on all displays . Did anybody come across this type of problem , looks like wrong dip setting . My alltek is an older one .

    Any help is appreciated

    Thanks

See the bulletin below - it's hidden in the Six Million Dollar Man manual.

You're booting up into an audit mode because of the way you have dip switches 30 and 31 set on the MPU board. Put them both OFF.
Since you've cleared the NVRAM on the MPU board, the audits you're seeing on each display are 000000 for each number of multi player games played.
This audit mode is special to Six Million Dollar Man because of the 6 player displays.

quench won't brag so I'll do it for him,
He is a HUGE asset to our community, he once figured out it was solar panels (well their inverter) that was causing LED flicker on a game.
Very long (worth while reading) thread, jump to the ah ha moment here:

Yep as usual Quench scored what is an obscure pintech trivia answer.

Here's my contribution, 6-player pinball totals turned out not to be necessary as the results were always 0 or close to it. The 6-player experiment passed quietly never to be seen again until M&M Pacman needed a fifth display for the playfield which was needed to use up the extra 6 digit displays ordered because everyone thought pinball was moving to 6-players!
