All reels reset properly except player four ten thousand reel. Motor gets in a loop. Clean adjust reel switches and board/rotation switch.

Is this correct area of schematic?

Yes it is. Specifically,
300 10k score reels (resized).jpg300 10k score reels (resized).jpg
If the other 10k score reels reset you know the Motor 4A switch on the right is good. That leaves the two switches in the red box. The path to each score reel through the "9th Position Thousands Unit" switches is only used during game play, not during reset.
