Here are the details if anyone is interested in printing their own Street Fighter car replacement.

Car Installed (resized).jpg

All of the stl's are here for you to print one.

Original car vs new one - The original car is a .8-1mm thick shell. The printed one is around 2.5mm with a 6mm thick front where it mounts.

Parts for mounting:
2 6-32 x 3/4 screws ( I needed longer screws to mount it due to the thickness of the front. )
Thin craft foam - I used this between the car and the plunger
Felt - I used this between the front plate and the car

Parts if you want to add headlights:
1n4003 diode
2 Strand 18ga wire, about 30 inches total
thin solid core wire
2 - 5630 smd led ( I pulled mine from a warm white 12v led strip )
6.3v pinball led or resistors for the led's (I used the pinball led so I would get ac/dc rectification)
I used perf board to mount it but you could skip that
spring clip
2 alligator clips
1/16 drill

Make a 2 foot coiled wire around a 3/8" rod:

On the controlled lamp sockets the tab that goes to the center is + the outside is -.

If you make one it would be cool to see a photo, especially if you go with a color other than red. I think it might look nice in silver, steel blue, or maybe something crazy like clear with back lighting.

I will be making some based on interest, I'll post an ad in the marketplace when I get them built.
