I can't seem to find TMNT ramps - and was going to see what options I have to reproduce them.
I've heard that vacuum press is the way to go or laser 3D print - but wonder what services there are out there that would make them, and where I could find the models that a service like that would need.
Alternately, where could I find a good 3D model of this, and reproduce it myself with one of the new gen 3D printers using transparent PETG?

A 3D model wouldn't be worth the effort to accurately replicate the true dimensions of the original ramp.
He's not able to do anything on it at this time.
