Am I missing something here?
Going from the connection diagram that Hans linked in post #8 -- there is a ground going to the center tap between the two 6.3V leads. He measures 12.6 V between the two 6.3's - which is good. But, if his pin is connected like the diagram, then he -should- be able to use a ground point as a reference measurement and get 6.3V between ground and the two 6.3's. Unless F7 is blown or bad fuse holder to F7.

OK -- looked at the connection diagram again. Ground isn't tied to the center tap -- +12.5V is tied to the center tap. In effect, this gives you an offset between ground and the two 6.3 v test points of +12.5Vdc. Between ground and the two test points, you should have 12.5Vdc with 6.3VAC riding on it.
Curious, why would they offset this by 12.5V? Switched by transistors?
Again, this assumes F7 path is good and machine is wired per that drawing.
